The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture's literature strand funds published writers in Seoul to issue a new individual collection.

Individual writers who live in Seoul or have a record of Seoul-based activity and have already published an individual collection in the same field (commercially distributed print or e-book), with a finished manuscript of unpublished work for a new collection to be published within 2027–2028. Fields: poetry/sijo, children's poetry, children's and YA fiction, fiction, essay, literary criticism, drama. Applicants who are not Korean nationals are ineligible unless they hold a valid Korean artist activity certificate.
