Professionally working visual artists and interdisciplinary teams with a demonstrable link to Baden-Württemberg, especially Stuttgart (residence or workplace in the state, long artistic activity there, study at an art academy in the state or a continuous practice tied to Stuttgart's urban space); proof of professional activity; individuals and collectives may apply, a team needs at least one member meeting the criteria.
