The resident receives €1,500 in fees. Round-trip travel Paraguay–Spain–Paraguay, medical insurance, and production of the project and public programme are covered in full; the co-organisers manage the purchases. Housing is a private room and bathroom at the Institute for Postnatural Studies in Madrid, with a library, studio, shared kitchen, and logistical support. Mentorship is three hours a week for seven weeks, plus critique sessions in Madrid and with the IPS team, a printed mini-publication, a sound piece on Tender Radio, and two public presentations, one in Madrid in March 2027 and one in Paraguay in April 2027.

Applicants must be adults with Paraguayan nationality, regardless of where they live, or foreigners resident anywhere in Paraguay. Fields include visual arts, research, cultural education and mediation, curating, cultural management, architecture, design, humanities, sciences, technologies, archives, and community cultural work. Collectives and duos cannot apply. A university degree is not required.
