Open to professional artists and collectives based outside of Germany. A mandatory requirement is having a German co-producing partner and prior consultation with the local Goethe-Institut. Projects that have already started implementation (e.g., booking tickets) before official approval are immediately disqualified unless an 'early start' was authorized.
