A private writing room at Yeonhui Writers' Village in Seoul for 6 months or 2–3 months in 2027, with shared spaces, orientation and the village's programmes; rooms are allocated by lot. Residents pay a space fee of KRW 5,500 per 3.3 m² per month (VAT and utilities included) and must use the room at least 120 hours a month.

Writers of Korean literature and literary translators of Korean nationality planning new work: poetry, children's/YA literature, fiction, picture books, drama, essay, translation and criticism. Two separate tracks — a 6-month stay (first or second half of 2027) or a 2–3-month stay — and applicants cannot apply to both; 2026 six-month residents cannot apply.
