Artists or groups in theatre, dance, music or traditional performing arts who plan to create and present work publicly and offline in Seoul in 2027. Career tracks: Track A — within 5 years of the first public presentation (school and graduation works do not count); Track B — about 6–15 years; Track C — about 16 years or more. Applicants who are not Korean nationals are ineligible unless they hold a valid Korean artist activity certificate.
