Individual visual artists with a disability, aged 19 or over, holding Korean nationality and registered as disabled in Korea (welfare card holders). One winner is selected. Applications only through SCAS under the applicant's own account; accessibility help is available at the operations office by appointment (6–13 October, 13:00–17:00).
