A two-month research residency between March and June 2027 in Guadeloupe with Textes en paroles, to write a play with professional dramaturgical support and regular exchanges on the text. The resident can take part in cultural mediation activities, meet the local arts community, attend events and, when the calendar allows, end with a public reading or presentation of excerpts. Grant up to CA$9,500 for insurance, travel, living and project costs. In return a Guadeloupean playwright is hosted in Québec by Le Jamais Lu.

Québec playwrights with more than two years of practice. Professional artists who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents, ordinarily reside in Québec and have lived there for the past 12 months; Inuit and First Nations artists residing in Québec are eligible; groups are not eligible.
