Laç(z)os Artísticos is an international mobility programme of Portugal’s Directorate-General for the Arts (DGARTES), Camões I.P. and the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) for artists and cultural agents in the Portuguese-speaking (CPLP) and Ibero-American spaces; the OEI manages the programme.

Eleven mobility grants of up to €2,250 each, covering air travel plus health and travel insurance, for artistic exchange projects between Brazil and the other Portuguese-speaking countries, to be carried out in 2027. A special call of the Laç(z)os Artísticos programme by DGARTES, Camões I.P. and the OEI, with Funarte (Brazil) as institutional partner; proposals should promote territorial, ethnic-racial and gender diversity.

Individuals over 18 working professionally (or linked to professional arts entities), who are Brazilian nationals resident in Brazil, or nationals and residents of another CPLP member state (Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe, Timor-Leste). Projects are mainly in theatre (dialogues with visual arts, circus, dance and music possible) and must have Brazil as the country of residence or of hosting; projects in one’s own country are not accepted.
