The City buys selected artworks for the Bellevue Art Collection at up to $12,000 per artist, excluding sales tax. The City covers framing, hanging and presentation costs, which are not part of the purchase price. Additional consideration is given to artists residing in Bellevue.

Open to all living professional visual artists and visual artists residing in Island, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Chelan, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit or Snohomish counties in Washington State. Galleries can apply on behalf of up to three represented artists. Artists must be able to deliver work to Bellevue City Hall.
