Adults, or legal entities under public or private law established for at least a year under the laws of one of the participating countries: the Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique. You must be from there and live there, personally lead the project rather than act as an intermediary, and not have previously received an ICC grant under any scheme.
