Selected works are shown in a public exhibition in the third week of November 2026 with a catalogue sent to the finalists. The winning work receives €10,000 and a diploma and becomes the property of Editorial Almuzara, with its reproduction rights; up to two unpaid honourable mentions. The winner’s travel within Spain and accommodation for the ceremony are covered.

Artists over eighteen of any nationality with legal residence in Spain. The theme must relate to literature, knowledge or the world of books, within a broad concept of figurative art; free technique, no digital works or multi-part compositions. Smallest side at least 90 cm, maximum 200 × 200 cm; works not previously awarded.
