Open to residents of any European Union country or non-EU nations participating in the Creative Europe Programme (including Ukraine, Norway, Iceland, and several Balkan states). Applicants must apply as a 'couple,' pairing with another craft practitioner to propose a distinct, integrated co-creation process. Each individual must submit separate documentation outlining their specific conceptual and technical contributions.
