Professional individual artists in any discipline who live permanently in a Nordic or Baltic country (Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland, Latvia, Lithuania). Artists from Estonia are not eligible; groups are not accepted; applicants must be available for the full 10 weeks in Narva.
