Open to composers currently enrolled in a US degree program, or within 3 years of graduation. Applicants must be prepared to undergo a psychological evaluation disguised as a narrative questionnaire. Must be capable of writing for a highly specific sinfonietta instrumentation without using standard orchestral anchors.
