Emergency grants for professional dancers in the United States facing severe financial hardship. Administered by NYFA with support from the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation.

Benefits

A one-time grant of up to $3,000 for a sudden, unexpected financial emergency (housing, healthcare, utilities, food). Cycle 26 is open 8 September – 6 October 2026.

Eligibility

US-based professional dancers 21+, paid performer for 5+ years, income ≤$80,000 (individual), facing severe financial emergency (housing, healthcare, utilities, food). Must not have received grant in last 5 years.
