One residency at the Hong Kong media art institute Videotage in spring 2027: €5,000 for a two-month period (23 March to 18 May 2027) or €6,500 for a three-month period (23 March to 15 June 2027) to cover travel, insurance, living expenses, compensation for time and materials. Housing, work space and equipment, curatorial guidance, access to the Videotage Media Art Collection and any production costs are paid by the Fund to Videotage directly. The residency ends with an event presenting the work to Videotage's local network.

One individual designer, maker or observer in the field of digital culture, established in the Netherlands or the Dutch Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten), registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce business register (or one of the registers of the Kingdom) and with at least four years of professional practice in the creative industry. Duos, collectives and cooperative ventures are excluded, as are grantees of the Fund's Talent Development scheme, Open Call Self-taught Designer or Open Call Emerging Design Practices ABCSSS during the work period.
