Performing artists (choreography, dance, music composition and performance, theatre, performance art, storytelling, puppetry) aged 18+, domiciled in Oregon for at least one year, not enrolled in a creative degree programme, and not an Oregon Arts Commission Fellow in the past five years. Individual applications only; one per calendar year. Artists from rural communities and communities of color especially encouraged.
