Funding for direct costs of research, production, educational items, programmes and exhibitions, including designer fees. Seed Grant projects run up to 12 months and Feature Grant projects up to 24 months. Travel and living expenses are not funded.

Seed and Feature Grants are open to individual designers, curators, collectives and non-profit organisations with projects relevant to Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area; one live Design Trust project at a time per applicant; coursework projects are unlikely to succeed.
