Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 and residents of the United States; a short story collection of 100–350 pages, read blind. Translations, previously published and collaborative manuscripts, and staff, partners and family of Regal House, Pact Press, Fitzroy Books and the judge are not eligible.
