Annual VKKF target programme supporting organisations that operate multi-month creative residencies in Latvia.
Benefits
Lump-sum grant for 2027 residency operations: €35 × resident × day, capped at €28,000 per residency. May cover maintenance, staff, and resident stipends/per diems. Project period 1 January–31 December 2027.
Eligibility
Only legal persons registered in Latvia (VID tax number) whose statutes include culture or art activity, that own or control suitable premises and staff for hosting residents, and that have at least one year of experience organising a cultural creative residency.
