Second call of the Lithuanian Council for Culture's 2027 mobility stipends for artists and cultural creators. Applications are scored on clear goals, the importance of the destination or event, relevance to the creator, and previous results.

A stipend of up to €4,000 for one mobility activity outside Lithuania — a residency, internship, competition, symposium, conference or similar — to develop professional competences, deepen knowledge and expand professional networks. Active participation is a priority in scoring.

publicSeo.openCall.eligibility

Adult artists and cultural creators who are citizens of Lithuania, another EU member state or a third country, if their work concerns Lithuanian culture and art and its dissemination. The activity abroad must start in March, April, May or June 2027, and an invitation or other document confirming participation with the start date is required. Students may not apply for activities that are part of their studies; film and media creators covered by other national funds are excluded; no new mobility stipend within 6 months of a previous one. Applications are filled in in Lithuanian.
