Open to individual artists, arts collectives, and formally registered organizations based in or formally collaborating within Singapore. The grant exclusively supports artistic projects that tangibly enhance public engagement, including large-scale exhibitions, high-quality physical publications, and multidisciplinary arts projects executed within Singapore.
